How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our distribution centers.
What is your return policy for collegiate apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are considered final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a specific size chart. Since we carry various brands, we recommend checking the measurements for each item to ensure the perfect fit for your campus style.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and APO/FPO addresses to support our students and alumni nationwide.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order.
Are your products officially licensed?
Yes, all our collegiate gear is officially licensed. We work directly with universities to ensure that a portion of every purchase goes back to supporting your favorite school.
